Pauline Esoga
Founder

Pauline I. Esoga, RN, BSN, MHA, BL (LLB), brings more than four decades of unwavering dedication to the nursing profession and healthcare leadership. Beginning her career at the bedside in 1977, Pauline spent 36 years honing her clinical expertise across orthopaedic surgery, telemetry, and critical care settings. During that time she became known for her compassionate approach to patient advocacy, her keen attention to safety and quality measures, and her ability to forge trusting relationships with patients and families in the most challenging circumstances.

In 1998, Pauline expanded her impact beyond direct patient care by serving as a Clinical Nurse Educator, where she developed curriculum and mentored cohorts of new nurses instilling in them the same patient-centered values and clinical rigor that guided her own practice. In 2014, she transitioned into nursing management, a role she held with distinction for the next decade. As Nurse Manager and later Director of Observation Unit , she led multidisciplinary teams through complex accreditation processes,implemented evidence-based practice initiatives that reduced hospital-acquired infections by over 20%, and championed professional development programs that improved staff retention and engagement

In 2024, Pauline embarked on her current chapter as a Case Manager, leveraging her clinical acumen and leadership background to coordinate comprehensive care plans that bridge acute, community, and home-based services. She excels at navigating the complexities of healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes, optimize resource utilization, and ensure continuity of care. Whether coaching frontline nurses, advising executive teams on strategic initiatives, or advocating for patient rights, Pauline’s long-standing commitment to excellence and innovation continues to shape the future of nursing practice.

Uchenna Obika
Clinical Nurse Educator

Uchenna Obika, RN, RM, BSc, is a seasoned nursing professional with over 40 years of unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and healthcare education. She began her career in 1975 after earning her Registered Nurse and Midwifery certifications, serving in hospitals across Enugu and Anambra States. Early on, Uchenna distinguished herself through her meticulous approach to patient care, her dedication to public health, and her ability to support patients and families through critical medical journeys with compassion and skill.

Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Uchenna expanded her expertise by pursuing specialized training in peri-operative and orthopaedic nursing, becoming a key resource in surgical and rehabilitation settings. She further advanced her academic credentials with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Public Health) and has a Master’s in Nursing Education at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. Alongside her clinical practice, she served as a mentor to junior nurses, sharing her deep knowledge of patient safety, surgical protocols, and holistic care models and engagement

Today, Uchenna continues to bridge clinical practice and nursing education, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her career reflects a lifelong dedication to improving healthcare delivery, empowering nurses through education, and advocating for patient-centered care. With her wealth of experience and unwavering passion for service, she remains a trusted leader, mentor, and advocate within the nursing community.

Ebere Orji
Clinical Nurse Instructor

Ebere Orji, BNSc, is a dedicated Clinical Nurse Instructor whose foundation at the University of Benin informs every aspect of her teaching practice. With a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science and extensive clinical rotations in med-surgical and community health units, she has a solid foundation in patient assessment, vital-sign monitoring, and therapeutic communication—skills she now brings into her teaching.

In her instructional role, Ebere crafts and delivers comprehensive curricula that combine evidence-based lectures and clinical practicums that mirror real-world bedside scenarios. She emphasizes critical thinking and reflective practice, guiding cohorts through patient assessment techniques, care planning exercises, and interprofessional teamwork scenarios.

Beyond the hospital walls and classroom, Ebere volunteers with Calvary Touch Mission,spearheading medical outreach programs in underserved African communities. In this role, she has organized large-scale health screenings, administered medications, and led interactive workshops on hygiene and chronic disease management—positively impacting thousands of lives across Nigeria, Ghana etc.
